To keep our service, you can download the guarantee form here. You can send the completed form to claim@heuver.com
We will then take care of your guarantee request as quickly as possible.

Add pictures
You need to add pictures to the e-mail. On these pictures the following information should be visible:
- whole tyre with the claim form number written on it
- serial number tyre
- DOT number tyre
- complaint
- remaining tread depth pattern with measurer
